Mr. ETA himself, Xavier has been someone I’ve proudly called my brother since 2012. Few people in my life have challenged me the way he has to grow into the best version of myself mentally, physically, emotionally, and most importantly, spiritually. Through every season, he’s been there for the real conversations, the victories, and the hard moments alike. His friendship has been a gift in my life, and I couldn’t imagine anyone else standing beside me as my Best Man for this special day.

I’ve known Tyler since 2006, when we first met at the PWI I attended in Canton, Ohio. He was actually the very first friend I made there. Tyler also stood beside me as my Best Man the first time Steph and I were married, which makes his presence in my life even more meaningful. Like many long friendships, ours has had its ups and downs, but through it all Tyler has always known who I truly am and the person I’ve always aspired to be. I value our brotherhood deeply, and it means a lot to celebrate this day together once again.

I have known Rachel my entire life. She is my big sister and someone I deeply admire and cherish. No matter what life brings, we have always been there for one another, standing together, carrying forward our legacy, and working to see restoration within our family. I am so honored to have her not only as one of my best friends, someone I talk to nearly every day, but as my sister, who challenges me, encourages me, and stands by my side unapologetically in every season of life.

Grace is our eldest child, growing into a beautiful young lady. She helped her dad pick out the ring this time, and she is very excited about it. She often reminds us how much we’ve grown over the years and says she can see the difference. She is always there to tell us the truth, encourage us, and even challenge us as parents. Grace is excited to celebrate this special day, and we couldn’t be happier to have her stand by our side and witness one of the most transformational moments of our lives as a family.

Our youngest daughter, Olivia, is a ball of energy; fun, active, and full of life. Fun fact: she actually took the engagement photos (along with her cousin Amare David) you see throughout our wedding website! She is so excited to see our family united. Having witnessed firsthand the challenges that come when a family is separated, she is full of joy to celebrate this day with us as a reminder that God does restore and is able to do it AGAIN!
