Traveling to Portugal
Our wedding will take place at the Penha Longa Resort in Sintra, Portugal - 30 minutes from Lisbon City Centre. We recommend guests stay at either the Penha Longa Resort or in Cascais (15 minutes from wedding venue and where the Welcome Event will be hosted). There are many beautiful and affordable hotels and Airbnb’s in the area. Please note that most hotels in Portugal will not let you book online until 8-9 months out. Guests should note that Portugal is very easy to get around via Uber or Bolt (common ride share app) but renting a car is also an option. *For guests not staying at the Penha Longa Resort or in Cascais the evening of the wedding, we recommend scheduling a return uber - pick-up location is Penha Longa Monastery. There will be two buses available for those staying in Cascais (one leaving after the reception and one leaving after the dance). Reception ends at 10:30pm and After Party ends at 2am.
