Welcome Sunset Cruise

Tropical Beachy Cocktail Boat Attire

THE BOAT IS ON! Thank you for the RSVPs & paying in advance. The boat has been filled & we are looking forward to getting the party started! Details from Captain: CHECK IN IS AT 5:00pm - meet at the SeaMaui Booth near the ocean between Leilani's & Hula Grill.  ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR PARKING! Once parked, please be sure to bring your parking ticket with you & present it at CHECK IN, we will validate. This sail includes appetizers prepared by Cafe Jai & an open bar.  This trip will be operated on a beach loading catamaran. Guests must be capable of walking through the sand & up a staircase under their own power. All sails are barefoot, we will be collecting your shoes before boarding. You will get wet while boarding the boat, & can expect to be in water sometimes from the knees down before stepping onto the boat's staircase. There's plenty of storage on the boat for backpacks, beach bags, towels and other personal items that you may bring with you.

Formal Cocktail Attire

Please join us for our outdoor, full sun, ocean front, Summer Solstice nuptials! Guest arrival is set for noon, please be prompt. Late guests, sadly will be asked to wait outside in the parking area and will miss the event. A water station will be available to beat the heat. This will be a PHONE FREE ceremony! We have a team of fantastic photo and video professionals, they got us covered. Parking is plentiful across the street at the Kapalua Tennis Courts. Feel free to drive into Merriman's to drop guests at the front door before securing a parking spot. Allow time for navigating this. Families with children who will not be attending dinner, please hang back after the ceremony. The Bride and Groom would love a photo with your 'Ohana! Burris and Harger 'Ohana, please also plan to stick around, we will be taking family photos next. All other guests, we will see you at Honu at 3:45pm!

'Ohana Surf Day!

12:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Beach Gear

We will be grabbing surf boards at NOON, picking the official spot and setting up at the beach park for the day! Come and go as you please- catch a few waves, stay till sunset, have a beer and stay on the beach, head out for the airport, bail for a luau..whatever ya gotta do, we understand. Surf Coach "Johnny Tsunami" will be happy to push novice surfers into longboard waves, young or old- now is your chance! We are bringing the boards, you bring the vibes! You are not required to surf to attend this beach party- feel free to hangout, talk story and watch. All welcome! Bring: Beach chairs, BYO beverages and lunch, beach toys, coolers, sun protection, etc. Parking, benches, grills, showers and public bathrooms are available. Uber can deliver and pick up from here with ease. Feel free to text Amanda for more details if needed.
