What’s the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal! Please keep in mind, the ceremony will be outdoors. We ask that women avoid wearing auburn, terracotta, or white, to keep from matching the bridesmaids or the bride ;)

Can I use my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

No, thank you! We will hold a 2-3 minute “photo op” at the beginning of the ceremony, after the bride walks down the aisle, for anyone who would like a photo of the couple on their cellphone. After that, we ask that guests turn off their phones and do not take photos until after the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one? Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to a limited number of seating, we are unable to provide plus ones for our guests and accommodate for all children. If their name is not on the invite you received, they are not invited to the wedding. Thank you for understanding!

I have a food allergy/restriction. Can I make a request?

Answer

YES. Please let us know when you RSVP what the restriction is and we will ensure there will be an option for you.

Where will I park at the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot with ample space at our venue. There will be very little walking between your car, the ceremony location, and reception building.

Is there an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

We are providing a set number of canned alcoholic beverages for the reception that a bartender will serve. We strongly encourage bringing a cash tip to thank them!

When should I book my hotel/house?

Answer

September is apple picking season and is a high traffic time for this region. We recommend making plans early rather than later.

Question

Is there transport between the venue and my hotel?

Answer

No. If you plan to Uber to the wedding location from your hotel, we recommend planning a pick-up ahead of time. This region of Georgia is small and not densely populated.
