Yes! We have added children (that we know of) to our guest lists and would love to have them there and celebrating with us!
We are planning on a WINTER wedding in NEW ENGLAND. Susan is HOPING for snow. Please dress in formal/semi-formal (Susan is particularly fond of 1940's/1950's styles) but please make sure to dress warmly.
We so appreciate your generosity. We have been living together for about 5 years now and really are not in need of more appliances/things. We are huge fans of travel and adventure. We kindly ask that instead of a gift, you help contribute to our honeymoon fund. Feel free to check out our gift registry page to contribute to our first adventure as husband and wife!
Yes!! Our theme is Winter Wonderland/12 Days of Christmas/The Most Wonderful Time of the Year. Our colors are red, evergreen, white and a hint of gold.
Susan grew up loving winter and everything about the holiday season. She wanted a Christmas wedding, but having a sister whose birthday is so close to Christmas, Susan knew not to plan anything too close to the actual date of Christmas. We originally looked at days related to/close to Christmas (December 12th, 3 Kings Day aka January 6th). We then looked up significant dates and December 6th came up. December 6th is St. Nicholas's Names Day. Susan's grandmother was from Central Europe (because if she taught me anything, Hungary is at the HEART of Europe). Susan was raised with a heavy European influence, where Names Days are celebrated.
Because COVID. 12/06/2020 was a Sunday.
