Wingate by Wyndham Chantilly / Dulles Airport

We have arranged a hotel block at the Wingate Dulles Airport located about 25 minutes from the wedding. The hotel block is for April 27-30, 2023. (PLEASE, make sure if you are only staying Friday and/or Saturday that you change the dates, rates will still apply). If you would like to book online please click on the "VIEW" link below and that will take you to a page with our information already populated (should show 109 a night, again check your dates of stay). We have had some minor issues with the block so please let us know if you have ANY difficulties or are not sure you are in our block. The rooms must be booked by April 13, 2023 in order to get the wedding block rate of $109 (plus taxes) per night. If you book after the 13th or if you book through a different website (not in our room block) please let us know so we can ensure adequate transportation! There is a free shuttle from Dulles Airport on the top of the hour from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The hotel features a free hot breakfast, a marketplace with beverages and snacks, and an indoor pool and hot tub, so bring your swimsuit!

Shuttle Between the Main Hotel and the Wedding Venue

A shuttle will run for up to 35 guests from the hotel to the venue and back after the reception.
