John and I first met at work. Some would say that pancakes brought us together, and the truth is, if it weren't for Kodiak Cakes we may not have found each other! But there is so much more to our relationship than work. We love to mountain bike, ski, cook, and spend time with our sweet pup, Ralphie. I'll never forget walking into my first day of work and catching awkward eye contact with the cute guy rockin' the mustache. John didn't actually talk to me for a few weeks... we just had several more instances of awkward eye contact whenever he walked past my desk. But, we became fast friends after he finally broke the ice and slacked me about music. From that day forward, I'm pretty sure John and I have talked every single day! I said "no" when he first asked me out because "I didn't date coworkers." But lucky for me, John agreed to raincheck on that coffee date about a month later when I realized how stupid I was for saying no and what I was missing. The rest is history! I could go on forever about us, but I'll leave those stories for the wedding.
