How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

Please park at The Loft at the Red Building in Astoria where the reception will be held with enough time to board your shuttle even if you do not choose to attend the cocktail hour. We will provide free bus transportation to and from the ceremony as well as a cocktail hour prior to the ceremony. Look on the events page for schedule details.

Why is there no registry page?

Answer

Sarah and John are hoping to buy a house the year following the wedding. They kindly ask that if you would like to contribute to their future together you keep it in the form of cash or gift cards that they can use as needed. Please only give as you're able and know that your presence on our special day is all we could ever hope for.

Is camping available at the tree farm?

Answer

Unfortunately we have chosen to keep the farm free of campers for the wedding weekend. There are many campgrounds nearby if you are looking for an outdoor experience and we have other friends who would likely let you stay on their property nearby. There is an RV park down the road but it fills up quickly so book early.

What facilities are available at the farm?

Answer

We will have access to drinking water, portable bathrooms, handwashing stations, and plenty of nature. No electricity available here.

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know in advance. We are working with the catering staff to develop a special menu and look forward to finding something you can enjoy.

Will the reception bar take cash and card?

Answer

Yes, both forms of payment are accepted.
