Question

High-Altitude Tips for Guests

Answer

At higher elevations, it’s important to take care of yourself. Allow time to acclimate by resting and staying hydrated, as symptoms like fatigue, headache, or nausea can occur. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily and carry a bottle with you, especially during activities. Additionally, the thinner atmosphere means stronger sun exposure, so use sunscreen (SPF 15-30), wear sunglasses, and limit your time in direct sunlight. Following these tips will help ensure you stay comfortable and ready to enjoy the celebration!

Question
