Welcome Event

6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Casual

The event will be on the patio/terrace of the hotel. We will have an hors d'oeuvres bar, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Wedding

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The wedding venue is located in Camarillo. There will be parking on site as well as shuttles leaving from our blocked hotels heading to and returning from the event. Shuttles TO the venue: - The first shuttle will leave the Palm Garden at around 4:30pm, shortly followed by the second. (After dropoff, the first shuttle will return to the hotel to collect any stragglers that missed the second bus.) Shuttles FROM the venue: - An earlier shuttle will leave the venue and return to the hotel around 9:30pm. - Two shuttles will leave the venue and return to the hotel around 11:00pm. Please feel free to arrive beginning at 5:00pm for a 5:30pm ceremony.

Farewell Event

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Casual

The event will be located on the patio/terrace of the Palm Garden Hotel. We will be serving beverages, donuts, and bagels.
