A national park that is also home to an iconic music venue.  There are some beautiful views, easy hikes, and awesome history to check out at the venue.  It's about 30 minutes outside of Denver and well worth the drive.

Red Rocks Trail

The 16th Street Mall is a wonderful, walkable stretch in Downtown Denver.  There is shopping, food, and lots of culture to take in.  It is a great way to spend a couple of hours or pick up anything you may have forgotten in traveling.
