We’re getting married!

We are so excited to begin walking the path of married life. Without out our friends, family, and loved ones, neither of us would be the person we each are today. On March 16th, we would be honored to be surrounded by all of the people who have accompanied us so far on this journey as we profess our love for one another in front of God, family, and friends. Kendra came into John’s life through the modern day romance by meeting online. John almost gave up on his search, but he made one last attempt by typing in the search parameter ‘Roman Catholic’ and he sent her a message. They met at Lux Central, a coffee shop in Phoenix, and he discovered they had a lot in common and a lot of similar interests. They were only able to sit and talk for an hour before Kendra got pulled to work. Kendra said yes to a second date and invited John to a country dive bar. John had a feeling something was special about Kendra when they stepped on the dance floor and John only stepped on her toes a few times. There was laughter and ridiculously big smiles from both of them. After dancing to a few songs, the band complimented their chemistry on the dance floor and asked how long they had been together... It was only their second date! Soon after, John asked Kendra to be in a committed relationship. She left him wondering for a week while she went home to Colorado to visit her grandparents. During that week away, all Kendra could think about was getting back to Phoenix and seeing John. That provided all of the certainty that she needed that he could be the real deal. The last two years have been a whirlwind. Together, they've experienced loss and infinite growth. The one constant has been their unending support of each other as they chase their dreams side by side.
