Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes, we have one coach bus for guests who stay at the DoubleTree. The bus will transport guests to and from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Rockland (link to book in Hotel & Travel section). Shuttle Schedule: 3:15 pm - Pick up at DoubleTree Hotel for the Barker House 9 pm - Early shuttle departs Barker House for the DoubleTree Hotel 10 pm - Shuttle departs Barker House for the DoubleTree Hotel (Guests not attending after-party) 10 pm - After-Party goers depart Barker House for the Hibernian Tavern bar on the second shuttle 11:30 pm - Late night shuttle departs Hibernian Tavern for DoubleTree Hotel

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at Barker House and cars can be left overnight.

Is the wedding indoors?

Answer

Yes, all wedding events will be inside the Barker House.

Is there a dress-code?

Answer

Yes, please come dressed in semi-formal attire.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

Yes! We’ve chosen to have an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask all guests to refrain from using their phones and cameras during the ceremony. We want everyone to fully enjoy this special moment with us.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate your little ones at the venue. Let our wedding be your night off!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all of our guests bringing an additional guest. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!

Will there be a plated dinner? And will there be dietary options available?

Answer

Yes, dinner will feature a duet plate, so all guests will receive two different entrée options served together on one plate. And yes, please indicate any dietary restrictions when responding to the RSVP (e.g. vegetarian, dairy-free).
