Airport Recommendations
We encourage flying into the Appleton International Airport. Green Bay is also only 30 minute drive. Milwaukee is 1.5-2 hour drive, and chicago about a 3-4 hour drive. Uber is available in Appleton area. If you plan on traveling through Wisconsin and renting a car, you could fly into one of the 4 airports above. Parking is very easy in Appleton if you do rent a car. The Hilton Paper Valley does have a parking lot attached.

This is where the bride and groom and their parents will be staying. This is a boutique hotel and spa, but does not have a pool/kid-friendly activities. It is very close to the venue and the Hilton Paper Valley, which is very family and kid-friendly. Cancel/modify reservations by 3:00pm CST (local hotel time) at least 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be responsible for the entire stay. If you are arriving early or departing late, we have introduced early arrival fees and late departure fees. All guests that have given us their cellphone number will receive a text 24 hours before their arrival in order to request an early arrival or late departure (based upon availability). At 5:00pm CST (local hotel time), thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, all room nights which have not been reserved as described on the previous page will be deemed to be room nights which your group will not use, those remaining guestrooms will be returned to the hotel’s general inventory. Reservation requests from your attendees received after 5:00pm CST (local hotel time) on your cut-off date will be offered our best available rate at the time of the call or visit to our website.

Hilton Appleton Paper Valley
Walking distance to venue! We are aiming to create a block of rooms here and will update as soon as we have that information (this will likely be in May-June, as they won't complete the block until the Packer schedule is released in May). This is a great option for anyone with kids as they have a pool and are 1 block from Jones Park, which has a great playground and running space. They also have a brunch on-site where we will be the morning after the wedding, and Starbucks in the lobby. There is a Lombardi Steakhouse on-site, and a fitness center near the pool area.

Courtyard Appleton Riverfront
This is a very new hotel, and is right on the river. It’s not necessarily walkable to downtown area and the venue, but is a very quick uber ride. This is a modern hotel with restaurant attached and wonderful fit pit lounge areas outside. It is right on a walking path that goes along the Fox River, so great if you like to walk/run daily.

We’ve scoped out some great options and notice that VRBO seems to have the best options for pricing. There are options for up to 10-12 people per house, multiple close to the venue and downtown hotels. Please reach out to Kayleigh or John for help finding something right!
