Do we have to travel from the ceremony to reception for dinner?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception are at the same location, so you will not need to coordinate additional travel.

What's for dinner?
Answer
We are going to have a BBQ buffet. Please list any food restrictions in your invite response. We will have food to accommodate every need (especially give the bride is vegetarian!)

Are kids allowed?

Our wedding will be 18+. We hope you can enjoy a parent's night out filled with dinner and dancing!

What should I wear?
Answer
We encourage wedding cocktail attire for the ladies and tuxes or suits for men. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on the patio overlooking the river. Please dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the ceremony so that you can mingle with friends and find a seat.

Is there parking?
Answer
While there is parking available at nearby businesses and Burning Bush Brewery, we recommend sharing a ride if possible. The wedding venue does not hold spots specifically for the event. Parking Lot options include: EAST of Burning Bush Brewery and WEST of Children's Lighthouse of Chicago - North Center Chicago. Free Street Parking is available on N Rockwell, N Maplewood Avenue, and N Campbell Avenue between W Berteau Ave and Irving Park Road. Please reach out to Katie or John if you have any concerns.

How do we get there?
Answer
The River Room is a beautiful brick-walled industrial event space owned by the Burning Bush Brewery. Once on North Rockwell, you will walk between Children's Lighthouse of Chicago and Burning Bush Brewery to reach the entry for the River Room. We will have signage to help direct you.
