The story of John and Jill begins as so many do in this day and age- through a dating app. John was living in Georgia. He was working and making his world wide travel plans. If you know John, you know he has a passion for beer- really good beer. He was gaining more and more interest in a craft brewery in St. Louis called Side Project. When his friend, Ryan, offered him a room in his house, John decided to move to St. Louis to be closer to the Side Project action. Meanwhile, Jill was happily living in St. Louis. She was living her best south city life! She spent her days working as a Reading Specialist and Instructional Coach. Many of her evenings and weekends were spent with her friends traveling, heading to Blues games, or spending time with the cutest pup on the planet, Murphy! She and Murphy were enjoying an easy going life. Then, March of 2020 came. The world stayed home. So did John and Jill. However, as they came to find out, there was only so much Tiger King that Netflix could offer them. Both decided it might be time to join Bumble- what could the harm be, right? Well, they immediately connected and started texting. Turns out when you are dating during a pandemic, you get to know each other very quickly! John and Jill learned to trust each other in big ways early on in their relationship. The time came when John was ready to propose! On a trip to North Carolina, John and Jill were driving the Blue Ridge Parkway. Jill told John the only thing she really wanted to see was a waterfall. John did his research and found the most amazing waterfall! He told Jill he wanted to walk out to the middle to get a good picture. He made Jill hike all the way out to the middle of the waterfall, where he knelt down and asked her to marry him. Now, they are ready join their lives together. They are excited to celebrate their wedding day with you. They are even more excited to start this next journey of their lives together!
