Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! We kindly ask that you arrive promptly by 3:00 PM, as the ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, making it easy for you to enjoy the festivities without any travel in between. There is ample parking available at the venue, but we encourage everyone to consider carpooling or using ride-sharing apps, especially if you plan to enjoy a drink or five during the celebration.
Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Our ceremony will be an unplugged, phone-free experience. We invite you to take a moment before we begin exchanging vows to capture a photo of us as a couple. After that, we kindly ask that you put away your devices to fully immerse yourselves in the moment with us. We will also be honoring the unison of our two families with a traditional tea ceremony, which we hope you will enjoy. Following this beautiful ceremony, we will exchange our vows in front of all of you, our cherished friends and family. Thank you for your understanding and support as we create this special atmosphere together.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Following the ceremony, we invite you to join us for the cocktail hour! The bar will open at 4:30 PM, and we’ll have delicious hors d'oeuvres being passed around for you to enjoy. This is a wonderful opportunity to mingle and celebrate together before the festivities continue.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Please make your way to your seats, as we’ll have a grand entrance for the bridal party, followed by dinner being served at 5:30 PM. We encourage everyone to get up and dance with us during this festive celebration! An open bar will be available throughout the evening, with last call at 9:00 PM. The reception will wrap up at 10:00 PM, so let’s make the most of our time together!
