Our welcome party will start at 6:00 PM and go until 9:00 PM. Please feel free to come and go as you please! We hope to see you there!
Our Ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 PM. We ask that everyone arrive by 4:30 PM to ensure that we will start on time.
The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on the Grand Lawn. Evenings in October can be brisk, so please check the forecast closer to the day and plan accordingly. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be held in a climate controlled space. Once cocktail hour has concluded, the reception will take place in the Grand Pavilion. During the cocktail hour and reception, guests will have access to the outdoor area.
Guests are encouraged to wear cocktail attire. We can't wait to see you all dressed up!
We kindly ask that guests do not request songs. Please trust the band's ability to call songs that create the best party possible.
Most of the rooms left at Pleasant Bay Village are listed as 3 night minimums. If you are trying to stay at Pleasant Bay Village for less than 3 nights, please call directly and inquire from the receptionist. The 3 night minimum requirement should also be lifted in September for these rooms.
