We might be biased (our sister & brother in law's restaurants!) but any meal: Northside Kitchen (we love the breakfast burritos!), Fattoria (delicious cocktails & Italian food) , Southside Benderz (sports bar)
Hikes: Hank's Hideaway (from Lionshead), North Trail, East Lake Creek (in Edwards), Meadow Mountain (in Minturn), anywhere around Beaver Creek Resort
Beautiful Drive: Piney Lake
We also recommend taking the gondola up the mountain for the best views!
