Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

As soon as you can! Please RSVP on our website, or send in your RSVP card as early as you can to help us get the most accurate headcount for our vendors. RSVPs are due no later than September 1. After that point, feel free to join, but please bring a chair and a sandwich. ;-)

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception are at the same location at Orchard Hills Event Center. The ceremony will be held outside, down the hill from the playgrounds, overlooking Orchard Hills Park. The market closes for the day at 6pm, so be sure to park along the back of the market building. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held inside.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot behind the market building and overflow parking beyond that. Please note that the lot is a mix of gravel and asphalt. Tread lightly in heels!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 4:15pm in order to be seated prior to the ceremony beginning.

May we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we are not officially having an "unplugged ceremony" we ask that our guests not step into the aisle or otherwise impede the photos our photographers will be taking. We hope that you will enjoy this special day with us by being present and not on your phones. We promise to share the photos of our day with you!

What time does the reception begin?

Answer

Following the ceremony, the wedding party will take photographs while our guests move into the building for appetizers and drinks. Once the bride and groom are done with photos, the reception will start, estimated to begin at 6:30pm, with dinner at 7pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of our littlest relatives and friends! Unfortunately not all of them can attend, but if we have included their names on your invitation, we welcome them to the celebration.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Not everyone can be granted a guest due to our venue's space limitations. We have included significant others and guests on invitations. If there is not one included on your invitation, we have not extended a guest to you. Please see Cailey or John with questions.

Please check our Registry Page here on our website for more registry details. We have items on our registry with Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Sur La Table.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The reception will serve beer, wine, hard ciders, and seltzers. There will also be a variety of soft drinks, coffee, tea, water, and unlimited Patterson's Apple Cider!

Will there be vegetarian options at dinner?

Answer

We've made an effort to account for our guests' dietary restrictions, but please contact Cailey or John if you have a specific concern.

How should I dress?

Answer

We are requesting semi-formal attire. No jeans, please. The ceremony will be held outside, so please account for the weather conditions. In case of inclement weather, it will be moved indoors.
