What Should We Wear?

Answer

It's Central Oregon where the sun shines more than 300 days a year on average. So wear Sun Screen!! Oh, you meant what to wear for the events? Friday Night you are encouraged to wear a costume in the spirit of 60's or 70's themed party. Wigs are optional, but encouraged. Saturday Wedding: How about a shower and a clean shirt... dress so your mother would not be embarrassed.

What's the weather like in Central Oregon?

Weather in late June can be really beautiful. We are in high desert country, so it will be quite cool at night and not humid, so it will feel cold to some. Sunrise at 5:30am and Sunset at 9:35... that's 15+ hours of outdoor lighted playtime!! Moon phase: Waning Crescent... Great for star gazing.

Is there a gym?

The whole outdoors in Central Oregon is one big playground, but if you are looking for a workout facility, check out Sisters Athletic Club. It is next door to Five Pine Lodge and included for those staying at the lodge

How soon should I book a room?

Answer

If you are trying to stay at Five Pine, hopefully you already made your reservations. They have limited space and will fill up. There are other places in town or in Bend, but guess what? It's summer in one of the most popular tourist areas in the country... don't wait!! Check out Travel tab for other suggestions.
