We are providing transportation on wedding day as we ask that no one drives to the venue. We will be providing a shuttle to and from El Pueblo Inn, the Fairmont and one more location near downtown Sonoma for the wedding day. We will publish this schedule and exact pickup locations closer to the wedding date. Please note that shuttle service will run all evening long for anyone wishing for an early departure before the official event end. For recommendations on how to get around other outside of wedding day, please visit the "Travel" page of this website.
Driving yourself is not advised. The onsite parking is not convenient to the ceremony space. Please plan to utilize the provided bus transportation. See above FAQ question for more details.
June in Sonoma is generally warm during the day and cools off in the evening. We suggest layers for the completely al fresco event. We also recommend block heels or similar footwear as the event space is a mix of surfaces between grass, gravel, etc.
Cocktail attire is requested. The wedding party will be in dark suits and long dresses. The ceremony is on a hill, so block heels or wedges are suggested. Heel protectors will be provided. Temperatures drop in the evenings, so women should consider bringing a wrap.
Yes, the wedding is outside on a hill. The ceremony, dinner and reception will all be outside. This area tends to be warm during the day, with temperatures dropping in the evening. Please plan your outfits accordingly.
The welcome party will be held at a brewery. The attire is dressy casual. Women are encouraged to wear sun dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts. Men are encouraged to wear chinos or dress pants with collared shirts. No jeans please. Jackets optional.
This is an adults only celebration but please let us know if you need any suggestions for local babysitters.
