Alex and John got Lloyd together in May of 2019, after Alex graduated with her Masters degree in Biology. He is the star of the show!

John surprised Alex with a photoshoot on their vacation to Disney World. Masks and all they got engaged!

They spent the day after their engagement enjoying everything Disney!

John works out at The Gym in Cedar Falls, IA, which is a Crossfit gym. Alex works out at Orange Theory in Cedar Falls, IA. Health and fitness is a huge part of their daily routine!

John and Alex saved up to buy their first home together in January of 2021

John and Alex enjoy walking their dog Lloyd and visiting local breweries together.

In the Summer, John and Alex head-up to Harper's Ferry to visit the family cabin. Alex has been going to the cabin her whole life and loves being able to share these memories with John and his family.
