What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at Highlands Ranch Mansion between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. MT to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins promptly at 5:00 p.m. MT.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed in semi-formal attire. Please note, portions of the festivities will be outdoors on grass, and the weather may be warm, so dress accordingly!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Highlands Ranch Mansion has several indoor and outdoor spaces that we will use throughout the evening. The ceremony will be outdoors, and could be quite sunny!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. Our official deadline is June 8th, 2025.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Highlands Ranch Mansion. There is a large lot located directly adjacent to the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, seltzers, and a selection of signature cocktails will be available, on us! Soda and additional non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided, as well.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! We have chosen to include children in our festivities.
