Cocktail Attire: suits for gentlemen & dresses for ladies, please. The ceremony is outside, so just keep that in mind!
Only children 16 & older are welcome, unless formally invited. Invitations will be specific with the names of children that are invited. This will also be reflected under your name when you RSVP.
Please RSVP by November 1st. If we have not heard from you by then, it will be marked as a no. We will miss you celebrating with us, but we will need to finalize our guest count for the venue & catering. We appreciate your understanding.
Please plan to arrive by no later than 3PM to give time to park, walk down to the ceremony spot & find your seat. There is a nearby school that lets out at 3:30PM & may cause delays if arriving later than 3PM.
We have hired a photographer & a videographer to capture all of the special moments of our day, so we are asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. As well as, an unplugged reception for first dances & speeches. We want everyone fully present & don't want anyone's face covered by a phone in photos or the wedding video. Thank you!
