The closest airport to Winston-Salem is GSO (Piedmont Triad International Airport). It's a 30 minute drive to Winston. Charlotte's airport is an additional option. It's sometimes cheaper than GSO, but not always. Additionally, it is 1.5 hours from Winston.

The Zevely Inn is a historic b&b located in Old Salem, which is a very cute and charming historic area (from 1763!) and conveniently located a mere 5 minute walk from our house.
