Maid of Honor
My name is Brittney Coblentz and I am a dental hygienist in Cincinnati, OH. I grew up in the Chicagoland area and moved to Ohio when I went to college. I enjoy weekend traveling and going to sporting events, mainly Buckeye football and Reds baseball games. Tammy and I met my freshman year of college at The Ohio State University; we were both on the club water polo team. We didn’t become close until my sophomore year when we ended up living in the same apartment complex. My junior year, she was the president of the water polo team and I was her vice president. Throughout our journey in undergrad, we became best friends. I visit Tammy and Joey at least once a year and Tammy and I have long phone calls very frequently. I am so honored to stand by her side as she marries the love of her life!
Best Man
I’m Jacob Card. I grew up on a ranch in Nevada and I enjoy pool, swimming, long walks, dancing and chess. I’ve known Joey for over 15 years. We met when Joey's mom and my sister (her hairstylist) set up a hangout session. Joey’s mom is a classically trained ballroom dance instructor so that became our hobby growing up. In our friendship, we had a tendency to do things against the grain such as climbing the school at night, practicing flips and stunts or just being weirdos by hanging out in the theater for lunch. Later in life we lived in different places but were roommates more often than not. What I’ll say about Tammy and Joey is that I'm just in awe. Knowing Joey the way I do, and getting to know Tammy now, they are quite literally perfect for each other. I’m so stoked for the big W.
Bridesmaid
I’m Celeste Bean, and I’m an engineer living in Phoenix, AZ who spends most of her time reading and doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Tammy and I went to high school and played water polo together, and we connected during our sophomore year over a shared guilty pleasure: “Shake It” by Metro Station. This spawned more than a decade of best-friendship. Distracting Tammy from AP Bio, effectively living at each other’s houses, countless weekends at water polo tournaments, a week of “twinning,” visits to each other’s colleges, a trip to Peru, abandoning my parents’ Christmas party to get banana pudding, and so much more. I’ve always admired Tammy's intelligence, sense of humor, and work ethic. I’m so happy she’s found such an amazing and worthy partner and I can’t wait to celebrate their love.
Groomsman
I’m Ryan and I grew up in Preston, Idaho AKA hometown of Napoleon Dynamite. Famous for moon boots, tater tots, and tetherball – all things I loved growing up. I married Courtney, Joey's older sister, 6 years ago and we have two boys, Reeves and Rudy. We live in Salt Lake City, UT and I work as a pharmacist in a Blood/Marrow Transplant and Leukemia Program. When I’m not at work or wrestling my boys, I enjoy playing my guitar, doing home-improvement projects, working out my biggest muscle (my brain) and going on vacation. My most memorable time with the couple was spending Christmas altogether at my house. I realized they were a perfect match for each other and a perfect fit for the family as well. It's been great to have Joey as a friend and brother-in-law and I’m so glad he found Tammy!

I’m Alyssa Flanders and I met Tammy on the 1st day of our PA program at Chapman University when we happened to sit next to each other at orientation. We immediately exchanged numbers and even met for a happy hour before the first day of class. The intensity and rigor of the program quickly bonded us together as we spent long days at the Newport Beach Library and Huntington Beach Coffee Bean studying. We also found time to get to know each other and laugh together through the stress. I have been fortunate enough to spend a lot of time hanging out with Tammy and Joey (sometimes Pickles too) at dinner parties, bars, beaches, and other great Orange County spots. It’s been an honor to watch them develop an incredible partnership, and I am super excited to be a part of their special day!
Groomsman
My name is Conner Card and I live in Reno, Nevada. I was raised on farm in a small town east of Reno and I currently work in construction. I enjoy the outdoors, hanging out with friends and family, and anything that’s a good time. I grew up with Joey since he was the best friend of my older brother, Jake. Joey was like an older brother to me growing up. I have countless memories with the two of them - everything from being beat up by them (all in good fun), to them teaching me what good music was, how to do backflips, and other necessities of life. We ended up living together in Huntington Beach for awhile which is where Joey met Tammy. From the start, we could all tell they balanced each other out perfectly. I couldn’t be more proud of my friend Joey for marrying the right one.
Bridesmaid
My name is Maddie Franzoni and I am a design engineer for a medical device company in Cincinnati, Ohio. I’ve lived in Cincinnati since my family moved in 2nd grade, aside from attending The Ohio State University in Columbus where I met Tammy. We met my freshman year, her junior, on the club water polo team. Through the next two years we became extremely close, going from just seeing each other at water polo to spending most of every weekend together. Some of my favorite memories are spending Sunday’s “studying” all day with Tammy and Brittney in the student union. I love to be outside on the lake, watch sports, cook and travel. I am so grateful to have Tammy as such a great friend and cannot wait to watch her and Joey get their happily ever after!
Groomsman
I'm Steve Rarig and I was born and raised in Cayucos, CA and currently live in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am married to Brittney, Joey's older sister. I currently work as a project manager for Layton Construction. In my spare time, I love playing sports, exercising, beating poor souls in Settlers of Catan, BMX racing and fishing for Blue Fin tuna and salmon. I've known Joey for the past 5 years and regard our friendship to be more than just extended family. We share a lot of the same hobbies and try to get together as much as possible to watch Marvel movies, complete Tough Mudder competitions, post memes to the family group chat and annoy Brittney. It has been so exciting to see Joey and Tammy develop their relationship over the past few years and finally get to say the ultimate, I do.
