We’re getting hitched at the iconic Madonna Inn in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California 💕 Heads up: mid-February is winter storm season on the Central Coast, so we wanted to flag a few things as you plan your trip. San Luis Obispo's airport (SBP) is small and can see weather delays so if you're flying, a flexible or refundable ticket is a smart bet, and Santa Barbara (SBA, ~2 hrs away) is a solid backup airport if your flight gets rerouted. If you're driving up Highway 101, know that the stretch just north of SLO (the Cuesta Grade) occasionally closes during storms so check Caltrans QuickMap before you head out. Our best advice: build in an extra travel day if you can, and don't sweat it too much. We'll keep everyone posted if anything changes. See you soon!

Traveling to San Luis Obispo

By Road The Madonna Inn is located two hours north of Los Angeles in San Luis Obispo. By Plane The San Luis Obispo County Airport is 4 miles from the venue with car rental and ride share available. By Train The Pacific Surfliner Station in Downtown San Luis Obispo is two miles from the Madonna Inn. Please Note: As much as we love your families, we have chosen to make our wedding celebration for guests ages 15+. We hope this gives parents the opportunity to enjoy a special evening out. Thank you for understanding and for making the necessary childcare arrangements ahead of time.
