Our wedding dress code is formal, fun, and flirty, so think Betsey Johnson glamour meets old Hollywood sparkle, a dash of Vegas, and the iconic flair of the Madonna Inn. Short dresses are welcome, but please no jeans or overly casual attire. Let’s also try to keep it PG‑13, LOL Dress to celebrate, have fun, and shine all night!

Yes. The Madonna Inn has free on-site parking for both hotel guests and day visitors, so whether you're staying the night or just coming for the party, you're covered.

Should I stay at the Madonna Inn?

Honestly, yes, if you can swing it. It's a one-of-a-kind experience and you'll want to be there in the morning for their iconic bakery. The hotel has 110 individually themed rooms (no two are the same), so book early. Room block details are available on the 'Travel and Hotels' page.

When will invitations and RSVPs go out?
Answer
Formal wedding invitations will begin to be sent after the summer, so hold the date for now! In the meantime, we highly encourage you to book your lodging early since our wedding falls on Valentine’s Day Weekend at the Madonna Inn, and it’s also Super Bowl Sunday, which may affect travel and hotel availability. Oh, and please bear with the bride. It’s an election year, and she works in politics (*cries*), so timing can be a little unpredictable.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Our wedding will be a night for you to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening with us! That said, while we love your little ones, this celebration will be for guests ages 15+ only.

Answer
Your invitation will list the number of seats reserved for your party. We wish we could invite everyone, but we kindly ask that guests attend according to the number indicated.

We’re hoping to celebrate with an open bar and are actively saving to make that happen! If you’d like to contribute, we’ve included a small bar fund on our registry, but your presence is truly the greatest gift.

Is the venue accessible?
Answer
Our wedding will take place at the beautiful Madonna Inn. The hotel offers accessible parking, accessible entrances, ADA-accessible restrooms, and accessible guest rooms, as well as features like Braille signage and assistive listening devices in some areas. Our ceremony will be held in the Main Ballroom, with the reception in the Garden Room and Round Room. These main event spaces are generally accessible from the lobby level. Because the Madonna Inn is a historic hillside property, some areas of the hotel are reached by stairs and there are no elevators, so accessibility can vary depending on the route or guest room location. If you have specific mobility or accessibility needs, please feel free to reach out to us ahead of time. We’re more than happy to help coordinate with the venue to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the celebration!
