The quintessential Buffalo experience. The Bills play the Saints on Sunday, September 28 at 1 p.m. It's the final season in the current Highmark Stadium. Where else would you rather be?
You come to Buffalo, you're gonna want to eat wings. And none of that Anchor Bar crapola. Bar-Bill is where you should eat wings close to our venue (it's local deity Josh Allen's favorite spot). When you're in the city of Buffalo proper, eat wings at Gabriel's Gate. If you're willing to travel just north of Buffalo for a true classic, you should eat wings at Duff's. Dip in blue cheese ONLY. Ask for Ranch and you'll be escorted off the premises. I don't make the rules.
A world-class modern art gallery right in our humble city with a brand-new addition that received national recognition when it debuted.
This one needs no introduction. Grab your chic-est plastic poncho and go see yourself a wonder of the world.
This Romanesque masterpiece is a symbol of the Buffalo renaissance with a dramatic history and LOL (lots of lore). A great place to take a walk or have a picnic or see a ghost if you're lucky.
A trendy hub of small business activity on the West Side. Remedy House is home to one of our favorite breakfast sandwiches. Joey used to work at Paradise Wine. Rosie's has the best ice cream in Buffalo. You'll never forget your first Butter Block croissant.
Grab a breakfast sandwich or a pastry to-go before exploring East Aurora's charming village streets. The line may be long but it moves quick and it's worth it.
East Aurora is the birthplace of the Arts and Crafts movement, and the Roycroft Campus is where it all went down. The movement focused on the improvement of societal ideals through the creation of high-quality, hand-crafted objects, and valued the simple beauty of East Aurora's natural surroundings. If you're a fan of decorative arts (or value aesthetics as much as the bride and groom), this is a tranquil and inspiring place to spend an afternoon.
