What time is check-in? 3:00 pm What time is check-out? 12:00 pm Can we request an early check-in? Early check in is not guaranteed. Call the front desk on the morning of your arrival to inquire about the possibility. What if we can't make it to check-in before the event? Blocks do have a guaranteed late check-in. Come check-in after the event, no problem! Can we request a late check-out? Late check-out is not guaranteed. Call the front desk on the morning of your check-out date to inquire about the possibility. Do I pay for my reservation in advance? You will be asked to provide a card to guarantee your reservation. Payment is made at the time of check-in. You may use a different card than the one provided to pay for your stay but must have the card for payment present when checking in. A $100 incidental hold will be placed on your card at the time of check-in. Should no room charges or incidents occur, this will be released a the time of check-out but may take 7 or more business days to appear. What is the cancellation policy for the block? Guests booking into the block may cancel up until 6 pm prior to day of their arrival.
