There will be a complimentary shuttle service for friends and family staying at the Radisson, to and from the wedding. We strongly encourage boarding the first shuttle loop, which leaves promptly at 3:25PM, so you can enjoy your pre-ceremony champagne bubbly! The next shuttle loop will depart the hotel at 4:05 PM. The first shuttle loop at the end of the night will leave from the venue starting at 9PM and run through 11PM.
Please plan to arrive by 4 pm so you have plenty of time to park, get seated, and enjoy a pre-ceremony bubbly🍾. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm.
There is a parking lot outside the Belle Voir Manor with plenty of parking! Please be safe and utilize ride-shares if you are planning on drinking with us!
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We kindly ask that you dress in black-tie optional or cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing colors reserved for the wedding party (white, ivory, cream, blush pink, navy, and blue).
If your invitation was addressed to both you and a guest, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
While we adore your children, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 22nd, 2026. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend and won’t be able to save you a spot. We’d love to celebrate with you, so don’t forget to let us know!
The ceremony will be held outdoors. Following the ceremony, please join us indoors for a formal reception.
