We met in high school jazz band -- Joey was a sophomore, Holly was a freshman. Thanks to the persuasion of a senior mutual friend Cassie and many afterschool activities later, the two went to prom together in April of 2013, shortly after Joey asked Holly to be his girlfriend on April Fools Day. A golden ticket to prom and mutual love of music -- and later: Sonic, buffalo wings, cats, and pizza -- started their love story.
