When should I RSVP by?

Please visit the RSVP tab on this website by June 23rd, 2024 to complete your reservation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please ensure you have arrived before then.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guest parking is available in front of the Bay Pointe Inn hotel.

What are we having for dinner?

Answer

We will have a buffet that will consist of: Main course: Rosemary Chicken (GF & DF) and London Broil (GF & DF) Sides: Garlic Whipped Red Skin Potatoes (GF), Maple Brussels Sprout (GF), House Salad Dessert: Assorted Dessert Bar GF = Gluten Free DF = Dairy Free

I have a dietary restriction, how do I let you know?

Answer

Please let us know if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions in the RSVP form. The alternate meal for people with dietary restrictions is Asian Vegan Stir Fry (Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Vegan, and Dairy Free)

Can I bring a date? Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we cannot accommodate any guests not listed on the invitation.
