Bradley is a relatively small airport, very easy to navigate. It is about 40-45 minutes from the venue. There are several car rental companies there and more info is on their page and at this link https://bradleyairport.com/directions-parking/rental-cars/

No Room Block or code here but highly recommend if you you're driving for a cheaper rate. Only an extra 5-7 minutes away from the other hotels in downtown. Plus, they have daily free hot breakfast, an indoor pool, and fitness center access.
