When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by no later than July 1st. This is a firm deadline - thanks in advance for understanding!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation and number of RSVPs requested for each event throughout our wedding weekend. This is an intentionally smaller wedding and all seats are accounted for. Thank you in advance for respecting the number of invited guests as we carefully plan to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our big day has a semi-formal vibe. Tuxes and more formal gowns are welcome, but not required. Ties are also optional. Suits and tasteful cocktail dresses are ideal, but please, no jeans, athleisure, or sneakers. Keep in mind that (weather-permitting) we will be outdoors for our ceremony, so plan those shoes carefully. Absolutely no white - that's for the bride! From the groom: No reds (WAR EAGLE)

Are kids welcome?
Answer
No - we're celebrating our big day kid-free. Thank you for understanding and getting a sitter for the kiddos!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The Northampton Country Club will welcome guests for our special day beginning at 3pm. Please plan to be in your seats no later than 3:45pm for our 4pm ceremony start time. Guests who arrive too late may be asked to stand for the duration of the ceremony.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We will be requesting and reinforcing a device-free ceremony. Please refrain from taking out your phones, tablets, digital cameras, sketch pads, etc. during our ceremony. We know you want to remember these moments just as much as we do. That's why we've hired a stellar photographer and videographer to capture all the special moments! Thanks for keeping those phones away and being present with us.

Is smoking permitted at the wedding?
Answer
Please refrain from smoking during the ceremony. Smoking will be permitted in a designated spot away from the building during cocktail hour and the reception. No smoking within 20 feet of entrances, on the patio or on the ramp leading to the reception hall. Signage will be posted to provide further direction.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We are not taking special meal requests. If you have serious dietary restrictions, please plan accordingly. Questions about the menu can be directed toward the Maid of Honor at beckywintringer@gmail.com.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No - we will not be providing transportation to and from the country club, but rideshare options are available in the area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes - there is plenty of guest parking at the Northampton Country Club. But, out of respect for all, please do carpool where you can!
