Travel Note
Vermont is a small and rural state and public transportation is limited. We advise renting a car while visiting. Our wedding venue is about 30 minutes from most places, including Burlington and the airport. We are working to arrange transportation to and from the wedding though its not certain yet if its doable with the remote location of our venue.
Flight
This will be where you will want to fly in and out of, conveniently located right in the Burlington metro area.
Travel Note
1. BOOK RIGHT AWAY, October is Vermont's busiest tourist season attracting millions of visitors in just one month. Hotels, abnbs, vrbos, all book very quickly. Most hotels offer decent cancelation policies if your plans change. 2. Call hotels directly for best deals. Most places offer better deals when calling in person instead of booking through a third party website. Also, what shows up for availability on the hotel's website and through the third party websites may not be accurate. The Mother of the Bride discovered this when doing all this amazing research about where to stay (Thanks mom!). 3. The following hotel's are recommended based off researched by the Mother of the Bride (Thanks mom!), suggested due to reviews and locations. There are other places to stay but we wanted to provide you with some ideas to get you started.
