Aside from being an amazing chef, Joel is a very private man when it comes to his emotions. He is quiet around most until he warms up to someone and feels comfortable enough to be his truest, funny, goofy, outgoing, lovable self. His heart is as big and bright as the sun. He is loving, caring, and playful..Bailee’s personal chef, loudest cheerleader and her biggest supporter. Favorite drink: Old Fashion with a bud latte on the side

Maid of Honor
She’s just as loud, energetic and outgoing as Bailee, if you can believe that’s possible. Meeting Jacqueline at work was Bailee’s saving grace. After a short time of working together and bonding, she became Bailee’s go to. Someone Bailee speaks so highly of and looks up to so much. She doesn't sugar coat a thing and tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. You can always count on her for the best advice personal or professional or even just a rant. She's one of Bailee’s biggest support systems and the first girl friend she made in Florida. Her drive, ambition for success and happiness that she possesses have made such a positive influence on our lives since we’ve met her. I am beyond honored to have her as my maid of honor.
Brett Hansen
Best Man
Brett and Joel met while working at Shore Restaurant a couple years back. The restaurant was just opening because it was new, Brett looked at Joel and asked when the sauces needed to be ready for service. Joel asked what time it was and when Brett said 4, Joel followed up by saying "uhm... like yesterday....". From this initial interaction and how Brett handled the pressure on this first day, Joel knew they had the same personality and drive for the job and over time, they became closer and closer until they became eachother best friends. Joel can go to and lean on this man for anything. He's always there to help me out just as I am always there for him. He gave me the reassurance I needed. Truly an amazing guy. OUI CHEF!
Rylee Klomp
Bridesmaid
Growing up Bailee always looked up to her big sister. She was always so strong willed and talented in swimming and school. Bailee always wanted to be her when it came to swimming, wanting to be just as good as her even though she knew that was utterly impossible. She gives the best tips on how to better yourself and motivate yourself in accomplishing your inner goals. The older we got the more we got called "twins" (theres a 6 year age gap). She's always been there for me through the worst of days and the best of days. Going on our girls wine trip to Napa I could not have had more fun than I did if it wasn't for her being there with me! I am so proud to call this woman my big sister and cannot wait to see the things she continues to accomplish in the future. Love her with my whole heart!
Everado "Pitis" Fuentes

It's funny how wearing a pink shirt can tell you a lot about a person. Pink has always been one of Joel’s favorite colors and Everado wearing a pink shirt on the first day of work reminded Joel a lot of himself because he had always been judged in the past for wearing pink since its not a common color that men wear. After getting to know him more, Joel realized they liked a lot of the same stuff and had a ton of things in common. Everado was new to Sarasota so Joel showed him around and brought him around his family. They learned they had a similar upbringing and Everado soon became a brother from another mother and part of Joels family. Now he's going to be one of my groomsmen and I am honored.
Atemnam "Tenny" Maker
Bridesmaid
Never would I have thought that through a pandemic I would find one of my best friends. We met virtually through a big/little date for our sorority. We had one date that lasted for about an hour then Ten had to go to study for an exam. She texted Bailee afterwards upset because she was struggling and needed help. Bailee imediately called her to calm her down and ended up talking for what felt like 3 plus hours and had an instant click. Bailee knew right away that she wanted Ten as not only her kappa little sister but one of her best friends. I can call this girl any time day or night and she will always pick up and be my shoulder to cry, vent, or celebrate with. She's an amazing person who I'm greatful to have as my bridesmaid.
Braxton Klomp
Groomsman
When Bailee got a call to go pick Braxton up from a party, Bailee needed someone to go with her to drive Braxton’s car back and Bailee asked Joel to be that person. Joel drove Braxton’s car home with Braxton in the backseat and the two got to talking. Joel looked at Braxton and said "your sister is a cool person" and he replied "you do you bro, just treat her well". They then started talking about Braxton’s truck and cars and slowly started bonding. Joel appreciates Braxton for never judging him upon look and is forever grateful for the mutual respect the two have for each other. Now they are future brother in laws and their bond has been growing stronger and stronger by the day.
Emma Klostermeyer

Meeting Emma in college, Baille never would have thought they would become as close friends as they have, especially since Emma has moved to Sarasota. They were friends in college but it wasn’t until Emma moved to Sarasota did they became as close as they are. Emma always has Bailee’s back and supports her in everything she does. Emma shares many character traits with Baille, like always putting others before themselves. This is a big factor is what was brought them as close as they are. When Baille found out Emma was moving to the 941, she was so excited! Love this girlie and so honored to have her stand by my side.
Jonathan Vargas
Groomsman
Jonathan, is very similar to Joel. Their work ethic and determination are parallel to each others. They worked together and got along so well that Joel can dub him his first Floridan best friend. Jonathan has always been there for Joel, showing him around, showing him the places to go and not to go, selling him his first car and more. They’ve always tried to help each other through the good and bad times. While the two lost touch briefly when Joel moved to Sarasota, they’ve always somehow managed to pick up just were they last left off no matter the time apart. I am honored to have him by my side as my groomsman.
Serene Klomp
Mother of the Bride
Serene is the rock of the Klomp family, and supports each of her children in anything and everything they do. Her maternal love and support has help to guide Bailee through all of her ventures. Bailee considers herself Serene's mini me because the older Bailee gets, the more she learns how much Of her mothers daughter she truly is, being and thinking just like her. I love this woman more than words could ever describe and cant wait to rip it up on the dance floor singing our hearts out to Hold on!! (Seriously a fun song to belt out to!)

Joel considers leaving Port Smith, Arkansas to be one of the hardest decisions and times of his life because it meant having to leave his mom. Luckily it only two years later that she called Joel and told him she was moving to Sarasota. Joel felt whole again, having her back in his life close to him and having her support. She always has a beaming friendly smile on her face that matches her heart of gold. She's always loved seeing her kids grow up and become successful, so it means the world to Joel to be able to make her proud of him. Joel has always said, he would never take the title of Executive Chef because nothing beats his moms cooking, never even his.
Brad Klomp
Father of the Bride
TThe man who made Bailee believe she was adopted until She was in 5th grade (its joke now...you can laugh). Bailee can’t remember a time growing up where Brad wasn't in the workshop and She would go up just to smell the sawdust and see what he was doing. The amount of strength and love Brad has for the Klomp family is unmatched. He’s always there to answer Bailee’s calls, most of which are just to complain or ask “blonde” questions without judgment. He is always giving out advice on how to ‘better your life’ that Bailee will always cherish. He has taught her so much in her life and she cannot wait to have him walk her down the aisle arm and arm.

Father of the Groom
Luis has the most genuine heart Joel has come across which makes him proud to have Luis for a father. Joel is forever grateful for everything Luis has done for his entire family. He has never before seen his mother as happy as she has been since Luis came into her life. Joel has a lot of respect for him. He has helped Joel through so much since being a part of his families lives. Joel says that the way Luis clicks so well with their entire family, is a sign that it was always just meant to be. Luis was welcomed into the family with big open arms. He's an amazing father figure for my brothers and I, and love this man as if he was my birth father.

Jessica is very strong and knowledgeable person in anything she does. She was the person who brought Joel over to Florida and believed in him since the being. She accepted Joel as if he was one of her own. She gave him a lot of motivation and drive to succeed. Her being Joels aunt she was the first family member he introduced Bailee too and the person who introduced Bailee to Joel’s mom. The acceptance she gave from the beginning has meant a lot to the both of us and we are honored to have her be the person who will be marrying us.
