Our Story
Out Story:
Joe and Lauren met in June 2020 at a mutual friend's birthday party. They realized they had even more mutual friends from college and from growing up 15 minutes apart. Lauren followed Joe on Instagram (thinking he was cute) and they didn't reconnect again until Spring 2023. Lauren was with her roommate at a bar and Joe spotted her from across the room. He later messaged her on Instagram to ask if that was her he saw at the bar. They immediately hit it off and decided to go on their first date at The Blind Pig in White Plains. Fast forward three years later, Joe and Lauren lived right down the street from where they shared their first date. A lot of love, laughs, and memories later and we are so excited for our wedding and the rest of our lives together.
