Joe and Lauren met in June 2020 at a mutual friend's birthday party. They realized they had even more mutual friends from college and from growing up 15 minutes apart. Lauren followed Joe on Instagram (thinking he was cute) and they didn't reconnect again until Spring 2023. Lauren was with her roommate at a bar and Joe spotted her from across the room. He later messaged her on Instagram to ask if that was her he saw at the bar. They immediately hit it off and decided to go on their first date at The Blind Pig in White Plains. Flash forward two years later, Joe and Lauren live right down the street from where they shared their first date. A lot of love, laughs, and memories later and we are so excited for our wedding and the rest of our lives together.

We went to dinner in NYC with views overlooking the entire city skyline. After dinner, we took a walk through Bryant Park under the guise that we would be meeting up with friends at a nearby bar. As we're walking past the fountain, Joe got down on one knee and proposed. He had a photographer hiding there to take pictures of us and a town car waiting to drive us back to Westchester. Once we arrived to a bar, our families were there waiting to celebrate! Joe proposed 2 years to the day of our first date.

Our first trip was to our company's convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was Lauren's first time in Vegas. This was also the trip we said "I love you" for the first time.

We love having coffee together in the morning, trying out new restaurants, traveling to new places or going on long walks together. Mostly, we enjoy just spending time together.

We love watching movies and have a variety of genres we enjoy. Although, Joe is usually asleep before the opening credits roll.

Summer 2025 we traveled to both Croatia and Italy and it was such a beautiful time spent making the best memories. We love traveling in general and have been to 2 counties and 12 states so far.
