The Red Sox are playing home the 18th and the 19th, so it would be a great time to check out Fenway!
Joe and I stumbled onto this area of Boston while on a date once and we loved how charming it is! If you plan on doing a Boston day, we recommend this area! Lots of shopping, restaurants, and classic New England architecture.
Boston’s North End, also known as the city’s “Little Italy”, is one of the most charming neighborhoods to explore. Wander the historic streets, enjoy incredible Italian food along Hanover Street, and stop by one of the famous bakeries for a cannoli or pastry. It’s a lively, delicious, and classic Boston experience!
For those interested in hiking, Joe and I’s favorite spot is Flume Gorge! It’s a bit of a drive, but if you want to explore New Hampshire, it’s definitely worth it. The trail is a self-guided 2-mile loop that takes about 1.5 hours to complete. You’ll find mostly packed gravel paths with boardwalk sections, moderate uphill walking, and stairs within the gorge, so appropriate footwear is recommended. Reservations must be made in advance online, as in-person availability is not guaranteed, and you’ll need to select a specific arrival window (e.g., 1–2 PM) on a specific date.
Joe and I love their crepes! They have great breakfast and lunch as well!
Joe and I have had many coffee dates at this spot! Great coffee and food.
