Starting from June 1, 2022, travelers to Italy will NO LONGER be required to show the Green pass (i.e. Anti-COVID 19 vaccination certificate or recovery certificate, or a negative swab test) to enter Italy. COVID-19 restrictive measures for arrivals from abroad are no longer in force.
The CDC has issued an order requiring a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test for all passengers arriving to the United States. All travelers are required to present a negative COVID-19 test result taken no more than 1 day before departure, *OR* proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days. Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recent recovery for all passengers prior to boarding.
Reach out to your hotel at your final destination to ask for more information. Many towns and cities have public COVID-19 testing available (PCR and Antigen testing for a fee). Antigen tests ARE ALLOWED and are the fastest and most convenient option to complete the day before flying out.
