Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Bayside Resort Golf Club.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Formal attire is appropriate. This means suits & ties and cocktail/full-length dresses. (No tuxedos necessary.)

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will run between the room block hotels and venue. Hotel Bethany pickup: 4:00 pm Fenwick Shores pickup: 4:15 pm Fenwick Inn pickup: 4:20 pm At the end of the night, the same shuttles will do the first pickup at 9:45 and the second at 11:00 pm. Note: Uber is also an option in this area, but you may experience limited availability and longer wait times. Please plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 pm, so please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Due to the rain forecast, the ceremony will likely take place inside the venue. The cocktail hour and reception will also be inside.

Where can I park?

Answer

Guests may park anywhere in the venue’s parking lot except for designated carry-out spots. If full, there are additional spots in Event Parking on the far side of the roundabout. Cars can also be left at the venue overnight if necessary.

What type of weather can I expect?

Answer

High 60s to mid-70s is typical, but May can be an unpredictable month! To ensure you’re comfortable, we suggest keeping an eye on the weather closer to the event. The venue will also have a coat check.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If indicated on your invitation envelope/online RSVP, you are welcome to bring a plus one. Otherwise, we have a set guest count we need to stick to for catering purposes. Thank you for understanding!
