What can we expect for COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

We are going to be doing everything we possibly can to make sure social distancing is followed. Masks will be encouraged, touchpoints will be limited, staff will be wearing masks and gloves, hand sanitizer will be spread amongst the venue and we will be limiting the amount of people per table. Last but not least, the venue is mainly outdoors!

Why am I seeing multiple bus events?

Answer

We are providing the bus service to and from the venue and want to gage how many will use the service. Please RSVP for one time each way. If you plan on driving yourself, please decline all bus events.

Question

We planned on Ubering there, can we get an Uber back?

Answer

Based on our knowledge there will not be Uber available post reception due to the remote nature of the venue. If worried about transportation, please sign up for a bus when you RSVP for the wedding.

How can we get in touch with Maddie and Joe leading up to the wedding?

What is the backup plan for inclement weather?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception would then be covered. Heaters will be on if needed.

I just purchased a new pair of heels, should I wear them?

Answer

Although we are sure they are beautiful. We strongly recommend you leave them in the closet as the venue has some rough terrain.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a wide assortment of beer, wine, and three signature drinks.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

When RSVP'ing the only people we are expecting to attend are the names that were presented to be checked.
