As soon as possible! If we do not receive your RSVP by the latest, February 10, 2024 you/your party will be counted as a “NO” and will be deeply missed. We have to have final counts for food/seating and things alike. With that being said, We plan on having all of our favorite people there to celebrate with us but PLEASE be sure to pay attention to who your invitations are addressed to. For example “the -blank- family” we are counting seats for everyone in your home. “Name and guest” we are counting for you and a plus one.
We’re planning to BBQ ! Brisket, sausage, beans, rice, pasta salad and so on ! We will also have a SMORES BAR!!
We recommend boots or flat shoes because it is an outdoor wedding.. our groom and groomsmen will be “cowboy dressy” with nice jeans, a sports coat, boots and hats ! Girls are wearing dresses ! We aren’t picky just pls do NOT wear white!
Joe and I are providing a open “whiskey and cigar bar” for anyone that may want to partake! Other than that BYOB and let’s have some fun !!
Absolutely!! Joe and I have so many little souls that have our hearts we couldn’t imagine celebrating without them! We just ask that during the ceremony, important speeches and dances you hold on to them! Also for seating purposes we are not “counting” guests 5 and under for their own seat ! We will have yard games to help keep the littles entertained! There also is river access spots at our venue. With that being said if you are worried about your babes running off into the river - as much as we would love to have them- it’s probably best if they sit this one out :( Thank you for understanding.
