We first met in KINDERGARTEN! We were best friends! My mom always tells me that I would always ask for an extra snack when she would pack my lunch for my “joe joe circus” ! Long story short joe says “I couldn’t color inside the lines so they held me back”. So we didn’t see much of each other until high school! My sophomore/ his freshman year , I was the baseball trainer and he was a pinch runner. We were in the dugout watching a game and the home team hit a pop up and our boys yelled “TREEEEEEE” (don’t ask me) and joes goofy butt leaned around me and said “where” and from that moment I knew, that boy is going to be my best friend!! From that moment on he was just that! We went to homecoming’s together, he was my shoulder to cry and also the one person I could guarantee would tell me what I needed to hear, not necessarily what I wanted to hear !

We planned a family cruise and although I was hoping he wouldn’t miss the perfect opportunity I never know with him! On day 4 of our cruise we went to Cozumel, Mexico. We planned an excursion to Mr Sancho’s and everyone wanted to go take a “family picture” and Pepper took Wrenleigh so my suspicions began to rise .. after a few pictures -BAM- there he goes walking out in front and on one knee !!
