Joe and Julia will be at Eudora Brewing Company for a casual welcome event in the Thunderball room. Please drop in and join us as you are able. Sweet treats and snacks will be provided. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. This is an adults-only event.

Party Bus

The party bus is scheduled to depart the UD Marriott hotel at 3:00 and drive guests to the venue. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that we don't miss you! If you are local but would like to take the party bus, you are more than welcome to do so. It will make an early return trip around 9:00 and a late return trip around 10:45. Please RSVP so we can get a rough head-count, as space is limited! The party bus is for guests age 21 and up.
Wedding

Our ceremony will be outdoors in a wooded area, which is a seven to ten minute walk from the parking site. Please consider weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear that will not sink into soft ground.
We hope that you will enjoy the beautiful walk into the forest to reach our ceremony site, as you are able. Golf carts will be available to transport individuals who need assistance or do not wish to make the walk. Please consider arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time to allow for parking and getting to the ceremony site. We kindly request that you avoid the use of cell phones and cameras during the ceremony. Our photographer will thank you!
