No. We figured who needs a relaxing final semester when you can graduate, take your doctoral boards, and plan a wedding all at once? It’s not a shotgun wedding, just a multi-tasking masterpiece! Also Mike doesn't own a shotgun.......

Why are you getting married on such short notice?
Answer
To be completely honest, the idea of a big wedding was never something that called to us. We toyed with the idea of eloping, but the thought of starting this next chapter without being surrounded by the people who mean the most to us just didn’t feel right. Anesthesia school has been an incredible journey, but it also meant putting our lives on pause for the past three years. Now, as real life comes rushing toward us, we’re more than ready to face it together, side by side, as husband and wife!
