We Love our little town! Elevation 4984’ Population 40,083 Brighton was founded in the 1870s as a stage/railroad depot and farming community. The town was originally named Hughes Station. The town was incorporated in 1887. Prairie Center has tons of Shopping, Fast food and Chain Restaurants. Downtown Brighton has a small town feel with local shops, restaurants and Breweries.

This is where we had our 2nd date and our go-to favorite bar. Owners, Jenn and Eric will be sure to take care of you. Fridays are $2 & $3 Drafts and Lunch Salad and Pizza Buffet. Saturday has, $4 Blood Mady bar, $7 bottomless mimosas (till 2) Our Favorites are the homemade fried Pickles, Chili Cheese Fries, and The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich.
