If you know Jodi, I think you’d agree that she is a confident, sassy, take-charge kind of gal. She's a God-fearing girl that says what she means, and means what she says, and that was evident when she told her friends and family after about two weeks that she was going to marry Sean Grace. She loves with all her heart, every single bit of it. Jodi cannot wait to make this family unit official. She has never felt love before like she does with Sean, Ridge & Rylan. Timing is everything and she thanks God for all of the unanswered prayers that lead her to Sean.

Sean is the definition of free spirit. Those who know Sean, know that he is one of those people that is good at most everything he tries. A talented carpenter and woodworker of more than 20 years, Sean is creative and passionate about the work he does. The nickname “Dad” came long before the official role, and that’s because he’s a caretaker of his people. He is no different in his love for Jodi, Ridge & Rylan. It might have taken him a bit longer than Jodi, but when he knew, he knew, that she was his person for life.
Taylor Smith
Maid of Honor
Taylor is Jodi's sister and God-given best friend. To have a built-in best friend from the beginning is something they both cherish and do not take for granted. Taylor is mom to Henry & Reed who are so special to Jodi. She moved to the Kansas City area to be close to her sister so life's little moments would never be missed together. There was never a question who her maid of honor would be.
Kevin McAvoy
Best Man
Kevin is Sean's best friend and Best Man. Friends for 20+ years, Sean and Kevin have had many adventures together, but none as fun as moving to Vail, CO in 2006. The stories are many, and the memories are plenty. Since he's been a part of all the rest, he knew he wanted Kevin to stand next to him for this newest chapter in life.
Tyler Smith

Jodi and Tyler have been inseparable since the second grade. Their shared love for show pigs, deer hunting, and show tunes brought them together. Through all the different cities and states they've lived, their friendship has always remained. Jodi couldn't imagine this day without Tyler standing next to her.
Dustin Grace

Dustin is Sean's brother. These two have been causing trouble since 1984, and there's no one that knows Sean better. Dustin is the father of Toby & Lily Grace, who are also a part of this special occasion. Sean looks up to Dustin and knew he wanted him to be a part of this day.
Micah Mullens

Jodi and Micah have a unique bond. Growing up singing together, they’ve traveled all over the country singing and entertaining the masses from the age of 11. Harmonizing is still a source of great joy.
Michael Kovac

Friend turned step-brother, Michael and Sean are very close. They share a love for cars, ingenuity, tinkering, building, and all things creative. When these two are together, the wheels in their minds are always turning. Nothing is more important than family to Sean, and it was only fitting to have Michael stand with him.
Elizabeth Hopkins

Elizabeth is Jodi's cousin and very first friend. They are only a few months apart. Their mothers are first cousins, but neither of them had sisters, so they were raised like sisters and made sure their girls were very close. Sharing everything, and even living together in college, Jodi couldn't imagine this day without Elizabeth standing next to her.

Friends for over 20 years, Sean and Scott are an ornery pair. They are both athletic and competitive, and is one reason they bond over their love for the Kansas City Chiefs. Whether it's dodgeball or tunes around the fire, these two are laughing and having a good time.
Kristen Tosh

Jodi and Kristen have made their friendship a priority for 29 years. From concerts, to birthday trips, Chiefs games, and Oklahoma State sports. They’ve shared some amazing experiences together throughout the years. This will be one more to add to the list.
Andy Christie

When they were younger, you rarely heard Sean's name without hearing Andy's as well. Two peas in a pod, these two have been causing trouble since they were teenagers. They love to talk football, razz each other over whether the Royals or the Cubs are the better team, and swap stories and advice on raising kids. Sean couldn't imagine this day without Andy.

Jodi and Laci started their journey in Kindergarten, tackled sorority life in college together, and continue to invest in their friendship in adulthood. Taking birthday trips together is something they enjoy most.
Tyler Klamert

Tyler is Sean's first cousin and one of his oldest friends. Raised like brothers, they are incredibly close to this day. There is never a dull moment when they're together, as they will keep you laughing and always on your toes. There was never a doubt that Tyler would be a big part of this occasion.

Jodi and Amy have been friends since middle school. Jodi, Amy, Kristen and Laci were thick as thieves growing up. Jodi and Amy cheered every year together from 7th grade through senior year. To have a core group of friends from childhood that you remain close with into adulthood is a gift.
TJ Marriott

Growing up on the southside, Sean and TJ have known each other since grade school baseball. Their families lived close to each other, so they grew up playing together from an early age. Whether it's playing gold, a float trip, or going to a Chiefs game, they are still there for one-another and Sean is thankful to have TJ stand next to him in April.
Kristy McGinnis

Jodi and Kristy had an immediate connection when introduced by Sean. They love fashion, a cold drinks in the pool, and nights just visiting in the shop with Sean, Nick and the kids. Jodi is so thankful to have a dear friend close to home, and a part of her newest chapter in Saint Joseph.

Nick is a fellow creative mind, and childhood friend of Sean's. These two have memories and stories that go back 30 years. Nick and Sean immediately clicked when they met at Mid-Buch, and haven't missed a beat since. They love to collaborate in the shop, and their weekly chats with Jodi & Kristy.
Ridge Grace

Ridge is Sean’s first-born son (by 30 minutes 😉) and bonus son to Jodi. Ridge Steven has a big heart, a creative/artistic mind, and a zest for life. He loves to create and make things, just like his dad. We cannot wait to see the things he accomplishes in this life, but love this stage, watching him grow and learn. He is the family comedian and his smile lights up a room.

Like Sean, Adam is an adventurer and rebel-rouser. Including following the Renaissance fair to Arizona and sleeping in the desert, these two are up for just about anything. No matter the time between chats, or distance between, Sean's known for years he'd have Adam as a part of this big day.

Rylan is Sean’s second-born son (by 30 minutes 😉) and bonus son to Jodi. He has an adventurous soul, a curious mind, and a fearless spirit, just like his dad. We know he will do amazing things as he grows, but love watching his curiosity teach him new things at this age. His rough & tough exterior, love for animals and nature, and tender heart make him so perfectly him. We love this guy and his brother beyond words.

Lily was an obvious choice to be our flower girl. This girl is a character! She is Sean's niece, daughter of his brother, Dustin and wife Emily. She is so full of life and light and cannot wait to wear a sparkly dress on the wedding day. Sparkles are her FAVORITE! She already has lots of ideas on what she should wear!

Loren is also our flower girl and daughter of Sean's childhood friend, Annie Maier. If you ask Ridge & Rylan, Loren hung the moon! She is like a big sister to the boys and she keeps them in line. We are thrilled to have her a part of ours and the boys special day.

Toby will usher in his Grami Tami on the big day. He is Sean's nephew, son of his brother, Dustin and wife Emily. Toby is smart as a whip and loves building lego creations.

Reed will usher in his Lollie with his twin brother Henry. He is Jodi's nephew, and belongs to her sister, Taylor. Reed is witty and funny, and also loves to play video games with his brother. He's also pretty fond of his Uncle Sean.
